The children in the senior room have been learning about the Rosary and have made their own. Aren’t they beautiful
Our November display board is ready to go to the church for the month of November. Children have designed extra balloons for members of the community to write the names of those they wish to remember and ‘send some love’ to in Heaven.
The month of October is dedicated to the Holy Rosary. The Junior room have been learning about the Rosary as part of religion and 1st and 2nd class made their own rosary beads. Aren’t they beautiful!
Assembly outside to enjoy the sunshine!
Every Friday the school community comes together for assembly. The children participate in different activities such as prayer services, singing, sharing their learning, weekly raffle and shout outs from the ‘yay’ box. Here the children are listening to a Bilingual story read by Ms.Costello.
Congratulations to our pupils on making their First Holy Communion on Saturday.
We had an action packed day celebrating St Brigid’s Day 2024.
We joined a webinar where we heard various tales about St Brigid’s life and her good deeds.
Following this, we made crosses and went in search of snowdrops!
The Story of St. Brigid’s Cloak is a favourite among the students. Look at the beautiful artwork they created based on the story looking at the elements of line and colour in Visual Art.
