Under the Hawthorn Tree
June 28th, 2022The children in the senior room read Under the Hawthorn Tree as their class novel this year. The children, in studying the novel, worked on comprehension strategies including making predictions, making connections, visualizing and creating character profiles. We finished the block of work by watching the film version of the book this week
