This programme involves a hands on approach to growing your own vegetables. A portfolio is compiled every year with the children’s records of plant growth and development. This programme links in with our school policy of healthy eating.

Our garden was created with the help of parents Sarah and Gabriel Casey. We sow seeds annually and watch our crop as it grows. This leads to Harvest Day in Autumn when we harvest our vegetables and cook them ourselves and have a feast. Our latest garden development was the installation of two new raised garden beds.
